Wouldn’t It Be Nice?

Kim Klaver posts an interesting question, "Besides the money, why else do you want to do this?" It is of absolute importance (to my mind) in network marketing to know find out why your prospect wants to sign up. After all, 95% of those who have already signed up in the past drop out. For most, money isn’t going to be the point that sustains the vision. It is critical for the prospect and for you as the leader to know why they want to sign up.
The investment may be small but here is the bottom line. If they don’t know why they want to work with you, in thier heart of hearts, they need to find out–like, find out yesterday. It can only serve you to be sure they know because it will uphold the retention level of your business.
So, do you know what keeps the employees under you coming back? Have you taken the time to get to know them? Everyone likes to be a part of something they feel is important. Find out what their something is.
Take several minutes to get to know them. Form a relationship and build your network. Keep their best interests at heart and they will thank you for it.
