When Harmony Turns To Friction

Friendships are easily established when working closely with a group of individuals. Those bonds can create a terrific center of positivity but what happens when something goes amiss? Friction in a team can be disasterous from a monetary standpoint but what about the toll it takes on one’s spirit?

Fractured friendships and arguements can cause unnecessary stress and severes to positive connection that exists between all members of a team. The positive force which once thrived will now dwindle and pass.

When you find yourself in a heated position with another person there are few things you can do. For all intent and purpose, you have two choices. You can work things out or you can decide to leave the team. Only you can make the decision. Follow your heart, only by doing so can you be sure you’ve made the correct decision. I’m not talking about the burning upset you feel because of the arguement. Look past all of that and listen to what you truly want.

Be objective, and consider why you got involved with the group and if those reasons are still valid swallow your pride and come to an agreement that will serve everyone. You may also find that it isn’t possible to ‘iron out the kinks’ and if that is true it may be time to take your leave and find your own way.
