Network Marketing Journey

MartySue Conklin and I had a great conversation this past Sunday. Time spent talking with her always leaves me feeling uplifted, in fact we were so well together because we continually work to motivate and lift each other up.

During the conversation she reminded me of our plans to attend James Ray’s Harmonic Wealth Weekend in August. You may know the name  if you’ve seen the smash hit movie ‘The Secret’.

I still remember the day Martysue spoke to me about the event. She was telling me about the product and the weekend, filling me in on all the details, knowing James Ray was one of the people I enjoyed most from ‘The Secret’.

She goes through the whole spiel about the weekend, how there will be SO much information, group exercises and calls from James Ray going forward after the event to see how you are proceeding.

And then she says… so, do you want to go with me?

Um, um … YES! (I barely got that much out … seriously)

I should make a note that for some time before all of this happened I had been visualizing my ability to attend seminars such as this. In fact, the very morning of the call in which she sprung this on me I was going for a walk in the park, listening to my favorite tunes on my iPod and visualizing all the things I wanted to see in my life.

I was immediately excited beyond words and filled with an nervous anticipation–what could I expect from this weekend? I still am.. I can’t wait because I know I’ll learn more ways to create a better life for myself and those of the people around me.

Visualizing the things you want  is important, not because there is some magic involved that suddenly makes it happen. Visualizing those things creates a positive charge within you. Thinking about things that make you smile or excite you, does what?

Makes you happy.

Happiness creates light in your life and when you feel good, you are open to the possibilities which in turn will bring the things you desire into your life.

If you let it.

I wanted to spend time with James Ray.

I got it.

Not only that I know I will learn a lot over the course of that weekend.
