Three Words
Filed under: self realization, personal growth
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
From time to time I get emails from readers stating they are unsure of where to start when it comes to changing their perspective on life.
I am a huge fan of asking questions and I’ve never been afraid to ask–even the difficult ones.
First, know what it is that you want and how you want to live your life with every fiber of your being. Be absolutely certain.
Then, start asking questions. Of yourself and sometimes of others. Often our perspective of ourselves and how we function in the world is skewed and the only way to set ourselves right is to look at how we are perceived by others.
Don’t stop at just one. Keep asking yourself questions.
Do you like the answers? Are they giving you an idea of where you need to start?

Hi Tim!
The first step is where most people are stuck. We have no clear idea of what we want. Until we get that one answered, we’ll just wander around as habit guides us.

Hello Rick.
Thanks for your comments and you’re right. The majority of people get stuck on the first step because they don’t truly know what they want. Often times they think they know but with all the clutter and noise in our world its easy to get confused and forget what our hopes and dreams are.
We need to make a personal commitment to invest in ourselves if we want to move past the first step because if we don’t we will never poke our head up out of the cloud of confusion.
