Positive Spin

Yesterday, on the way home from my parents I heard an interesting story on the radio. It was a brief story about a woman who was always down on herself. She always wanted more or what someone else had. The name escapes me, but her way of thinking changed when she was given a book whose content centered on being thankful for the things you do have. As she then rememembered there was a time in her youth when she was considered to be a very funny person. Her name? Phillis Diller.

Once she became thankful for the talents she had, and ran with them, her entire life changed. She became the world renouned comedian because she changed her thought patterns.

Everyone can do it.

PS: I’ll have the positive spin, for the negative thoughts, I promised Steve on Wednesday.
