Network Marketing Journey

One of the things that I’ve always found to be a fulfilling experience is to help other people help themselves. It doesn’t matter what they are doing or discovering but helping them to become a better person and live their best life is a passion of mine. Which is why Steve Farber’s recent post regarding Extreme Leadership struck my fancy.

So what do we need to do?

Seek to raise others’
• Capability
• Competence
• Influence
• Vision
• Enthusiasm
• Passion

Check out the rest of his post for further ideas on the subject. Lifting people up and enabling them takes a great deal of strength and confidence but the rewards are so profound.

If this is something that you desire to be and do, my first suggestion would be to look at your own life. Find the people in your life that did these very things and say THANK YOU!

Being aware of what others have done in your own life arms you with the understanding, compassion, and confidence to pay it forward.
