Expressing yourself can be hard. The idea becomes even more difficult when expressing yourself on a blog. The world can see.. what if they don’t like what I have to say??

Our natural instinct is to want to express ourselves but many of us have grown up in what I’d consider repressed societies. The very thought of putting yourself out there is inconcievable.

We also have a tendency to idolize those that can express themselves. These are the actors, atheletes and many other folk of the past and present. They are are paid great sums of money to express themselves in many ways and watching these people gives us the feeling of being right there with them or in their place.

People don’t express themselves and when given the choice they recoil. Not understanding how or why they should express themselves. You and I were all given a voice and talents to do just that. Speak up! And be heard. Write your story. And be heard.

Express yourself! Be heard and be free.

Q: What would it cost you? Would it cost you $$? Emotionally?

Is that cost to great?
